Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.

Black Leaf Naturals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, or if your package is delayed, we recommend contacting USPS directly for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Reshipment will require an additional shipping fee, or
  • A refund may be issued excluding original shipping costs

Processing & Shipping Times

Each order is made with intention and requires 7–14 business days for processing before shipment.

During high-demand periods (including holidays and major sales), processing times may extend slightly to ensure the quality of every order.

Warm Weather Disclaimer ☀️

At Black Leaf Naturals, our products are crafted with rich butters and nourishing oils that are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, items such as body butters may soften or melt in transit.

This is completely natural and does not affect the quality, effectiveness, or benefits of your product.

If your body butter arrives softened or melted:

  • Simply place it in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes to restore its texture
  • Allow it to return to room temperature before use for the best experience

Please note that slight changes in texture (such as a more whipped or solid consistency) may occur after melting, but your product will remain just as luxurious and effective.

By placing an order during warmer seasons, you acknowledge the possibility of melting during transit.
