Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on body care products.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at BLACKLEAFNATURALS@GMAIL.COM with photo proof, and we will make it right.
Damaged or Melted Items
We carefully package each order to protect its quality during transit. In warmer months, slight melting may occur due to natural ingredients.
If your order arrives damaged or compromised:
- You may file a claim directly with USPS.
- We also offer store credit for eligible items with photo proof submitted within 3 days of delivery.
